Chevaughn Davoren

Chevaughn is a dedicated horticulture worker at Thompson’s Horticulture Ltd in Gisborne, where she has spent the past three years building her skills and growing her career. Originally from Motueka in the South Island, Chevaughn entered the horticulture sector after completing the LSV course at Burnham Military Camp — an experience she considers one of her proudest achievements. She has since completed Level 2 and 3 Horticulture studies through EIT and now holds a permanent position at Thompson’s. With a strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for the orchard, Chevaughn joins this year’s Young Grower competition ready to challenge herself and inspire others in the industry.
