Gisborne

The Gisborne Young Grower of the Year competition will be held on Thursday, 11 June 2026.

The competition is open to both commercial fruit and vegetable growers from the Gisborne region. Contestants will be tested on a range of theoretical and practical modules designed to test their horticultural skills and knowledge. The gala dinner will round off the day's activities with speeches from each contestant and the announcement of the 2026 Gisborne Young Grower of the Year winner.
