George Andrew

George is an Orchardist at Mr. Apple, based at the Clive orchard, where he’s worked for the past two and a half years. His responsibilities include grafting, pruning, thinning and harvest supervision, tractor work, mowing, spraying, planting, irrigation maintenance, Extenday installation, and young tree development. George holds a Bachelor’s degree in Horticultural Science from Massey University and gained hands-on experience during summers working for Kaiaponi Farms and Kaitere Limited in Gisborne. Passionate about horticulture, George is focused on continual learning and is eager to seize new opportunities for growth in the industry.
