Georgia Steel

Georgia has recently transitioned from dairy farming into horticulture and is currently working at JS Ewers, where she is involved in irrigation and tractor operations. With a strong foundation in agriculture, she brings hands-on experience, resilience, and a passion for learning to the horticulture industry. Georgia is also the Chair of Tasman Valley Young Farmers, where she has helped grow the club to over 20 members, actively encouraging more involvement from the horticulture sector. A previous Young Grower competitor, she is excited to return this year to continue building her skills, expand her network, and champion the industry’s value and visibility.
