Peter Schreudrer

Peter hails from the Netherlands, where glasshouse production runs in the family. Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, he began working in horticulture during school holidays in 2013. He is now Head Grower at Gourmet Waiuku Limited, overseeing both crop production and site management. Peter takes pride in producing export-quality capsicums and driving efficiency improvements on site. As a second-year competitor, he’s aiming to build on last year’s performance. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, gardening, and walking his dog Thor in Waiuku Forest.
