William is the Continuous Improvement Lead at Rockit Apples, where he’s spent the past three years driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency. His work focuses on process improvement, strategic projects, vision grading expertise, and aligning post-harvest capabilities with business goals.

With a broad background across the food and horticulture sectors, William has held roles at Tomra, Bay Blueberries, and Kraft Heinz Wattie’s, gaining experience in growing, food safety, and sustainability. He holds a Business Management degree with a focus on Strategic Management, Agribusiness, and International Management.

William aspires to move into a General Manager role and is passionate about using continuous improvement to meet the evolving demands of modern horticulture.
