Brooke is a dedicated horticulture professional with a strong foundation in fruit production, holding Level 3 and 4 qualifications and an Emerging Leaders Certificate. With over five years of supervisory experience, Brooke thrives in high-pressure environments like harvest season, motivating her team with clarity, tools, and support to achieve shared goals. She is passionate about mentoring others, trialing new techniques to enhance fruit quality, yield, and tree health, and constantly seeking opportunities for growth.
Brooke began her career at Wayne Copland’s orchard, where her passion for the industry quickly blossomed. She has since held key roles at Turley Farms and currently contributes to Farm Right’s orchard development in Canterbury as part of the Operational team. Known for her practical problem-solving, efficiency, and commitment to continuous improvement, Brooke aims to pursue a diploma in fruit production and compete in the Young Grower of the Year competition.
Inspired by mentors like Bryan Wilson and her father Lester Chambers, Brooke continues to grow as a leader and mentor. Her love for the outdoors, hands-on work, and team camaraderie drives her ongoing commitment to horticulture.
