Paul Goodlet (PJ)

PJ is a 29-year-old supervisor at Thompsons Horticulture Limited with three years of leadership experience in the kiwifruit industry across the Tairawhiti region.

A proud father of two, he brings strong leadership, people skills, charisma, and a positive attitude to every team he works with. Having worked across multiple crop sectors, PJ has developed extensive horticultural knowledge and a reputation for a strong work ethic, particularly while supervising RSE teams through all kiwifruit maturities.

Passionate about the future of horticulture, he is committed to growing the industry by educating and supporting those around him. Outside of work, he is dedicated family man and sports enthusiast, especially passionate about football.
