Amber Davy

Amber Davy grew up on a sheep and beef farm near Taihape before attending Feilding Agricultural High School. She later studied at Lincoln University, completing a Bachelor of Agriculture, a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Science, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Horticultural Science.

Amber is now the Quality and Field Manager at Eurogrow Potatoes, where she works closely with growers to produce high-quality potato crops. She is passionate about supporting grower success and helping strengthen New Zealand's horticulture industry.

Amber is also a strong advocate for encouraging new talent into the sector and supporting the development of future industry leaders.
